On May 23rd, 2019, Recover and Brewology will be holding a press conference to announce in Glen Ellyn. This Press Conference comes after the two companies met in early January of last year, discussing the possibility of a cannabis infused wine. Both the CEO of Brewology and Recover will be at the event and have assured us that they will answer any and all questions from the audience.
While neither company has officially announced the product, many reports suggest it will be announced at this press conference. Both companies have met all legal requirements to produce this drink, as Brewology has alcohol licenses and Recover has the cannabis licenses.
Recover and Brewology want to combined the market of both alcohol drinkers and cannabis users, two of the biggest markets in America. This crossover is the first legal venture of its kind and already has investors lining up to get their piece of the vine. The cannabis infused wine is only going to be offered in states where recreational marijuana is legal and will not be sold online, as to avoid legal issues.
We want all the support we can get and hope to see all our health conscious customers at the event! We are trying to fight the stoner stereotype and prove that cannabis can be used for all sorts of health benefits and different avenues. While the cannabis infused wine will not be a "healthy" choice, it surely isn't unhealthy as compared to normal wine. No official studies can confirm this but based off some of the early testers, this product can significantly reduce hangovers caused by normal consumption of alcohol.
